Raman is a Co-Founder and the CEO of PathWell. He is passionate about working with like minded caregivers, and leveraging data and technology to help seniors age at home. Seeing his grandparents, now in their 90s, grow old at home, he fully appreciates how much elderly adults value living at home.
Before PathWell, he was a private equity investor at CIP Capital, where he focused on investing in technology-enabled service businesses. In addition to investing, he enjoyed rolling up his sleeves in various operating roles at portfolio companies. His time at RevSpring, DriversEd, CoAdvantage, eDriving, and Affinitiv have helped inform his approach to solving many complex business problems by building multidisciplinary teams and leveraging data and technology. Prior to CIP Capital, he was an investment banker at Wells Fargo in their Technology, Media and Telecommunications group.
Raman earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrew is a Co-Founder and the CFO/COO of PathWell. He comes from a family that has instilled in him the value of caring for others. His sister is a nurse and she has helped inspire him to work alongside - and with the goal of process improvement for - other nurses and caregivers, while helping to improve patient outcomes.
Before PathWell, he was a hedge fund investor at AQR Capital Management, one of the largest quantitative hedge funds in the world. At AQR he focused on global macro investing, following thematic trends occurring around the world and researching ways to capitalize on those trends. His time at AQR has ingrained in him the value of taking a data and process driven approach to work and life. Prior to AQR, he worked at Citigroup in sales and trading, doing finance trading and special situations investing.
He is also an Eagle Scout, president of the National Executive Board of the National Organization for Business and Engineering and sits on the Wisconsin School of Business Alumni Board. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin.
