How Does Home Healthcare Work?
Home healthcare helps older adults age at home, even with illnesses or injuries. PathWell offers a wide range of services including skilled nursing, home health aides, and physical, occupational, or other therapies. To receive care at home:
- Your doctor needs to prescribe home healthcare. Our nurses and/or therapists travel to your home
- We develop a customized plan of care for you to achieve your health goals and live your life to its fullest
- Medicare or most other insurance plans cover most, if not 100%, of the cost
